About the event
Veteran Group Hike - Woods Lake to Fourth of July Peak
Fourth of July Peak is a non-technical, moderately challenging ascent to the 9,537-foot summit. Starting at Woods Lake, the route spends most of the time above the tree line, so be prepared for inclement weather and protect yourself from the sun.

Chair or Hammock to hangout near lake if you want

Sun protection
Bug spray
Proper hiking shoes (trail can be rocky and uneven)
Comfortable hiking clothes (layers recommended)
