Hiking and being in nature will definitely boost your mood and improve your mental health! Spending quality time in the great outdoors reduces stress, calms anxiety, and can lead to a lower risk of depression. We encourage any Veterans who are joining us at one of our activities to invite and share with your Veteran friends who might need a little Comradery and some time outdoors!

Please bring plenty of water, snacks, trekking poles, and anything else you might need for a long hike like this.Â

The goal is to have some big hikes and summits up on near Tahoe or Desolation Wilderness this summer so use this as some good training for those hikes!Â
