Summer BBQ at Lake Natoma

Saturday, August 17th | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Join us for a day of food, sunshine, water, and community at beautiful Lake Natoma!

We’ll be grilling up burgers, hot dogs, and more! We’d love if you brought a meat or side dish to share. This is a family-friendly event, so feel free to bring your spouse, kids, or a friend.

What to Expect:

• Grilled lunch (served midday)

• Chill vibes by the lake

• Great company and conversations

• A chance to meet other Veterans and members of the D2R community

Water Fun:

We’ll be posted up near the water, so bring your swimsuit, towels, water shoes, and sunscreen.Bring your kayak or paddle board, or rent one in advance from: Lake Natoma Paddle Rentals  Rentals can book up fast - reserve early if you plan to paddle!

What to Bring:

• A side or meat to share (optional but appreciated!)

• Swim gear / towels

• Shade gear (chairs, pop-ups, etc.)

• Friends, family & good energy

Please Note:

Lake Natoma is part of the California State Parks system, so all park rules and regulations apply. There is a $10 Day Use Fee per vehicle unless you have a valid State Park Pass or the California State Parks Distinguished Veteran Pass. Passes must be displayed on your dash upon entry.
